Job summary

Martin Inc. is seeking a Storeroom Attendant to manage customer service within the storeroom and assist with inventory, order fulfillment, and maintenance. You will support accurate picking, packaging, and labeling of materials while ensuring a clean, organized storeroom and adherence to safety protocols.

The role reports to the Storeroom Manager and requires basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and teamwork. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous storeroom/warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory systems.
• Loading, unloading, picking, packing or moving goods in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders and manuals.
• Strong math skills (rates, ratios, percentages).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external customers courteously and professionally.
• Pull and fulfill material orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory counts and organized storage areas.
