The Night Crew Supervisor at Albertsons Companies leads the overnight stocking team and supports all nightly store operations to ensure shelves are stocked, displays are maintained, and the store is ready for business each day.

You will provide leadership, training, and direction to night crew associates while promoting safety, productivity, and excellent store standards. The role collaborates with store management to meet priorities and company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous grocery, retail, stocking, warehouse, or merchandising experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a group in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nightly stocking and replenishment activities.
• Ensure shelves and displays are stocked according to standards.
• Monitor workload to meet deadlines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Provide leadership and coaching to night crew associates.
• Support store management in safety, compliance and operations.
