Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to understand safety guidelines and store procedures.
• 6 months to 1 year of retail or stocking experience is desirable.
• Experience unloading shipments and stocking shelves is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments promptly and accurately.
• Stock shelves with products, ensuring proper rotation and labeling.
• Maintain clean and safe aisles, adhering to safety procedures.
• Check for and manage damaged goods appropriately.
• Prepare the sales floor for opening, ensuring all areas are organized and presentable.
• Assist with inventory management and processes.
• Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient overnight operations.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality for overnight shifts.
