Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of retail, stocking, warehouse, grocery, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Overnight, weekend, holiday, and overtime availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize deliveries.
• Stock shelves, coolers, freezers, and displays with merchandise.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO practices.
• Remove expired, damaged, or discontinued products from inventory.
• Face merchandise and maintain organized displays.
• Maintain clean stockrooms and storage areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Perform cleaning and waste removal.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damage.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise when needed.
• Support cashiering or other store operations as needed.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; night operations in a 24-hour store require dependability.
• Work in refrigerated environments (approx. 40°F) as required.
