Joe V’s Smart Shop, a division of H‑E‑B, is seeking an Overnight Stocker to ensure Center Store areas are stocked and ready by morning. You will maintain shelves, sign displays, and participate in safety and sanitation protocols.

The role emphasizes unloading shipments, brand-new displays, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. It’s a full-time on-site position with potential for growth within the Joe V’s network.

Qualifications

• Experience stocking; experience in retail (preferred).
• Knowledge of product rotation, department / Store sanitation, shrink awareness.
• Communication skills and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use material handling equipment and maintain license.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Initiative; dependability; attention to detail.
• Completion of job skills and compliance-related training.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, load/unload and move products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Rotate items on shelves and displays; set up and take down displays as directed.
• Check shipments for out-of-date or damaged products and report issues.
• Organize, clean and prep areas; maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and keep store ready for business.
