Job summary

Meijer is seeking a team member for stocking shelves in our store. You will stock from l-carts or pallets, place items in correct locations, and support store operations to keep our inventory organized and accessible.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable with computer systems, and able to lift up to 50 lb. Night shifts are available to meet store needs and provide excellent service to customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Adequate knowledge of computer systems and is comfortable using them.
• Process-driven and able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
• Ability to stay calm while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb boxes.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of products, including food.
• Pull back stock and trash to the back room to the correct areas.
• Work with management to ensure correct areas are stocked in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor with customers.
• Work night shifts.
