Job summary

Backroom to floor transitions, inventory rotation, and maintaining clean, orderly aisles are part of the role.Flexibility for varied shifts and a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and keep the store organized for customers during daytime hours.
• Assist customers with locating items and answer questions on the floor.
• Prepare the store for overnight shifts by handling deliveries, stocking, and resetting displays.
• Move products from backroom to the sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and aisles.
