Job summary

H-E-B in Austin, TX is seeking a Night Stocker to join our Grocery or Drug Store team. You will stock shelves, load/unload, learn product knowledge, and help the store meet nightly goals while working a night shift.

You should be able to lift heavy items, work overnight weekends and holidays, and follow SOPs. Prior stocking or customer service experience is preferred, with a teamwork mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience stocking and in customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work overnight shifts.

• Knowledge of SOPs and safety procedures.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, refills displays.
• Loads, unloads, and moves heavy products; may unload trucks.
• Keeps department clean and organized; maintains back room and shelves.
• Learns product knowledge with attention to detail (rotation dates, shelf/label info).
• Adheres to SOPs and leader directions; ensures safety standards.
• Works with team to meet nightly goals; may coach/train other Stockers.
• Assists customers in locating products and answering questions.
