Hy-Vee is hiring an Overnight Stocker to support the Grocery department. You will be part of the overnight crew, keeping shelves full, organized, and ready for customers each morning. Training is provided, and you’ll work as part of a team to unload trucks, rotate stock, and ensure product freshness.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and adherence to company policies. Prior experience is not required; a high school diploma or equivalent is requested.

• Follow written and verbal instructions with confidence.
• Use basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates in a friendly, helpful way.
• Stay organized and keep up with the pace of a busy overnight shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; up to six months of similar or related experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and helping them find what they need.
• Assist customers with finding products, reaching items, carrying heavy purchases, and passing along any feedback or requests to the team.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product to ensure freshness and organize stock efficiently.
• Monitor for mis-picked items, product outs, and wrong deliveries, and report issues accordingly.
• Tag shelves with overstock in the back room and understock drawers and keep the back room tidy.
• Work with teammates to ensure a smooth overnight operation and comply with dress code and policies.
