Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves filled and the store ready for customers. Day shifts involve stocking, organizing shelves, and helping customers locate items, while overnight shifts focus on deliveries and resets without customer traffic.

You’ll also move products from backroom to floor, rotate inventory, and maintain clean, organized areas. The role requires physical work, adaptability to varied shifts, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and keep products organized on the floor.
• Assist customers with questions and locating items.
• Prepare store for next day during overnight shifts; manage deliveries and resets.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clear and work areas clean; handle freight efficiently.
