Responsibilities

• Provides eye contact, smiles, and greets Customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Maintains a clean work area and ensures proper merchandise presentation.
• Assists Customers on the sales floor, at the register, and answers questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Handles customer service calls promptly and escalates to Store Leadership when needed.
• Represents the Ross brand with integrity and safeguards confidential information.
