Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lead and direct department associates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Forklift and power jack training completed or willing to complete.
• Must meet minimum age requirements.
• Ability and availability to work overnight or early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training and developing associates.
• Maintain staffing, scheduling, and financial results as assigned.
• Cut, mark and stock product as required.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain Center Store Department presentation and inventory control.
• Ensure productivity and adherence to safety policies.
