Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Johnston, RI is seeking team members to stock, rotate, and merchandise general goods and food, maintaining neat, fully stocked aisles and clear labeling. You’ll help protect the shopping environment and support store operations to ensure a positive member experience.

Responsibilities include stocking, signing, and price tag updates, handling damaged goods per policy, and collaborating across departments to deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food. Ensures that all merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintains display signage for all products. Creates labels and/or applies merchandise sales tags to items. Ensures all product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures and keeps the store neat and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
