Qualifications

• EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: No prior experience required. Training will be provided.
• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: None.
• REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously, respond to questions, and explain store policies.
• Unload trucks and stock shelves, match case strips to shelves.
• Keep floors, check-lanes, carts, restrooms, parking lot clean; use cleaning equipment safely.
• Stock merchandise, face the front row and organize display areas.
• Ensure safety by following store rules and reporting hazards to a supervisor.
• Remove broken containers and trash from floors; prepare backroom for receipts.
