Job summary

A. Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, motivated full-time CDL-A Night Shuttle Driver in Maspeth, NY. You will be driving a day cab tractor pulling a 53’ trailer to other Pyle terminals.

Earn $36.65 per hour with weekly pay Friday direct deposit and overtime after 40 hours. Home daily, Monday-Friday (Overnight schedule), comprehensive benefits including insurance, 401(k) with company match, and vacation/PTO. Join a legacy company since 1924.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• Hazmat required to start.
• Tanker endorsement to start or be willing to obtain in 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Must hold or obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• No more than 3 moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must obtain and maintain TSA security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Driving a day cab tractor pulling a 53’ trailer to other Pyle terminals.
• Completing overnight trips between various Pyle locations.
• Ensuring the security and safety of the tractor and freight; adhering to FMCSA safety regulations.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
