Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of manufacturing experience with 3-5 years as an industrial painter is required.
• Must be able to read and understand English and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and apply coatings to specification.
• Load and mix paint, set up spray equipment and PPE.
• Inspect coating quality using visual checks and thickness tests.
• Operate paint guns and related tools safely.
• Follow 5S, PPE and company procedures to maintain a clean work area.
