Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret dimension styles.
• Willing to train the right candidate for specific weld procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprint drawings and dimensions.
• Prepare weld surfaces as required.
• Set up correct welder settings.
• Weld according to applicable codes and procedures.
• Follow safety procedures for overhead cranes, forklifts and machinery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
