Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Fabricator II for the 3rd shift to perform resistance welding and riveting in a climate-controlled plant. You will set up welders, inspect welds, and follow detailed drawings to ensure parts meet specifications.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED and safety-focused work habits. The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds and may involve overtime; benefits begin on day one and include health, holidays, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must not have a final written warning on file.
• Employees should have at least six months in current role or be eligible for transfer.

Responsibilities

• Perform resistance welds and/or rivets per instructions.
• Set up welders: tips, arms, tooling, settings and air pressure.
• Inspect welds and rivets with measuring tools for quality.
• Follow safety policies and 5S housekeeping standards.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and work overtime as needed.
