Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of chemical handling processes is desirable.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Office are desirable.
• Must be open to night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Comply with JM Health and Safety policies.
• Participate in equipment setup and batching processes.
• Operate and maintain test equipment in the batching labs.
• Be an effective trainer for new hires.
• Monitor and adjust final blends according to control parameters.
