Job summary

PaperTech is seeking a Utility team member for the 3rd shift in Findlay, OH. You will load/unload trucks, maintain inventory, and keep the warehouse organized while following safety practices.

The role requires a certified forklift operator with a clean driving record, strong attention to detail, and dependable attendance. This is a full-time, 3rd-shift position with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Certified forklift operator (propane).
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and the ability to understand detailed instructions.
• Accurate record-keeping and good organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks/trailers and verify contents.
• Ensure receipts match packing lists and inventory amounts.
• Maintain orderly warehouse and accurate inventory records.
• Set up/put away WIP totes and manage warehouse supplies.
• Perform cycle counts and report low inventories.
• Operate baler, regrind scrap and maintain equipment.
• Report damages and issues; ensure trailers are clean.
