Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Unloader to support our grocery warehouse operations in York, PA. You will unload inbound trailers, record data, and move merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks. The role is fast-paced and requires strong organizational skills and physical stamina.

Starting pay is $19/hr with potential to earn $20+/hr after training. 3rd shift is available, with a 4/10 schedule and weekend work. Benefits, paid training, and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year operating sit-down forklift.
• Strong focus on safety standards and procedures.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to help others.
• Desire to support community causes and company goals.
• Able to follow all material handling equipment SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Receive product and record dates, break down pallets per procedures.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and clamp machines to move merchandise.
• Move pallets from dock to correct aisles and within the facility.
• Maintain pace to prevent truck backlog and document inspections.
