Silgan Containers in Kenosha, WI is seeking candidates for an industrial lift and warehouse role. Starting pay is $25.70 per hour with a $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift and $1.00 for 3rd shift.

There is a 3rd shift option as listed, plus a continuous 6PM–6AM cycle. We offer overtime, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, disability coverage, prorated vacation and 10 paid holidays, 401k with a 3% match, and an HSA after the first full month.

Qualifications

• Ability to earn and maintain Lift Truck Operators license.
• Must operate equipment with safety and quality as priority.
• Ability to read and understand Shipping Orders, Bills of Lading, Packing Slips, Invoices, etc.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance of lift truck and yard truck, including daily OSHA inspections and documentation.
• Understand and follow safe charging and refueling of lift trucks and yard trucks.
• Use and follow proper lift truck aisles.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory.
• Maintain a clean and neat warehouse.
• Run the Palletizer.
• Perform quality product checks.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
