Job summary

Imperial Beverage seeks a 3rd shift Warehouse Team Lead in Kalamazoo, MI to guide a fast-paced team through nightly order picking and loading. You’ll lead with a positive attitude, drive efficiency, and ensure accuracy while maintaining safety.

You’ll manage pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse software, coordinating with the supervisor to wrap pallets, stage deliveries, and support teammates on a 6:30pm start with a 3-day weekend structure.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills to guide a shift and support teammates.
• Ability to learn and use warehouse software and iPod tools.
• Comfort with a fast-paced night shift and physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3rd shift warehouse operations and ensure orders are picked accurately.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to move and load goods.
• Provide direction, training, and support to teammates during night shift.
• Ensure safety and efficiency in palletizing, wrapping, and loading.
