Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola Bellevue is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehousing and shipping operations. You will lead frontline staff, ensure safety SOP compliance, and optimize space for stock rotation in a dynamic, unionized environment.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse leadership, budgeting experience, and proficiency with SAP or similar MRP systems and Microsoft Office. Evening shifts and hands-on supervision are typical in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse/inventory experience required.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse staff required.
• Experience managing budget required.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and lift up to 50 lb frequently.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities per SOPs.
• Schedule warehouse team to meet facility demands.
• Allocate space for stock rotation.
• Maintain inventory levels and product loss control.
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions.
• Secure company assets.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
