Job summary

BakeMark is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate staff and workflows, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive productivity to ensure timely receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

The role requires leadership of warehouse teams, attention to accuracy, and adherence to policies. MHE experience is preferred. BakeMark offers competitive pay and a full benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate staff and workflows to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely receipt, storage and shipment of goods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity reports and address gaps.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Treat internal and external customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Uphold company policies, standards and values.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, slotting, sanitation, equipment usage and truck loading.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy.
