Harbor Foodservice of Seattle LLC is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead our evening warehouse operations. You will drive efficiency, coach a large team, and uphold Harbor's safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work within a unionized setting while maintaining compliance with labor agreements. This is a strategic, results‑driven position with growth opportunities and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse/distribution
• 2+ years in a lead/supervisory role
• Experience in a union environment and labor agreement guidelines
• Knowledge of WMS and RF scanning systems preferred
• Ability to work in a frozen/refrigerated environment
• Safety-focused leadership in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Supervise nightly warehouse operations including dry, chill, and freezer selection, loading, and clerical tasks.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and inventory movements.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Lead a team of 80 warehouse staff including selectors, forklift drivers, sanitation, and clerical support.
• Monitor performance and productivity while enforcing SOPs and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot workflow and staffing issues and implement improvements.
• Communicate across departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Navigate and lead within a unionized workforce and adhere to labor agreements.
• Partner with day team to ensure seamless handoffs and communication.
• Enforce SQF, FSMA, and food safety protocols.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations during the evening hours. This role plays a key part in maintaining our service standards, driving process efficiency, and promoting a positive, safety focused culture. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who communicates clearly, holds others accountable, and leads with Harbor's core values.

• Communicate effectively across departments including transportation, inventory control, procurement, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
• Navigate and lead within a unionized workforce, maintaining compliance with labor agreements while fostering a respectful and collaborative environment.
• Partner with other supervisors and the day team to ensure seamless handoffs and communication.
• Enforce compliance with SQF, FSMA, and food safety protocols.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience working in a union environment and understand of labor agreement guidelines.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanning, and foodservice distribution preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a frozen and refrigerated environment.
• Ability to work in a safety sensitive function working along side fast moving machinery.
