Job summary

Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for the Des Moines, IA area to support overnight order fulfillment. You will move product, operate basic equipment, and ensure orders are accurately prepared and loaded for next-day deliveries.

The role requires endurance, safety awareness, and the ability to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Training is provided; overtime may be needed to complete daily orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and follow directions and work orders.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong team player with safety awareness.
• Some light computer experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Move product throughout the warehouse efficiently and safely.
• Safely use material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Perform order fulfillment tasks including pulling product and stocking trucks.
• Count and inspect product and report discrepancies.
• Minimize damaged products and maintain a clean workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Be adaptable to changing duties and overtime as needed.
