Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and inventory management, with emphasis on safety, quality, and customer service. In this role you will pull orders, unload trucks, operate pallet jacks or forklifts after training, and help maintain a clean, organized facility while meeting deadlines.

Entry level candidates welcome; a high school diploma is required, and forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred; entry level welcomed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred or obtainable on hire.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.
• Basic computer skills for warehouse systems and scanners.
• Basic math for inventory counts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping with labeling and docs.
• Receive, stock, rotate products; participate in audits and counts.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment after training (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Assist with warehouse maintenance and upkeep.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace.
• Communicate with team; participate in meetings; support safety.
• Adhere to safety and compliance policies.
• Handle customer needs with speed and urgency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
