Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Brighton, MI is hiring for a Night Shift Warehouse Selector to join our distribution center team. You will work 2nd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 6:20PM until finish, with Fridays and Saturdays off, lifting up to 100 pounds and working in a freezer when needed.

Starting pay is $20.90/hour plus a $1.00 shift incentive, with two raises in your first year and additional incentive pay based on speed and efficiency. Training is provided by our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed - holidays are very important to our customers!
• We have frozen products - your ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions is required while you're here.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• Successfully pass a drug test and a background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• You'll be on your feet for 10 hours of work.
• You'll be lifting up to 100 pounds.
• You'll be asked to work in our freezer.
• We train you how to get the job done with our dedicated training team.
• Selecting is hard work, and pay scales with production and efficiency.
