Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Selector, Non-Formula, in Shawano, WI. You will pick items, move pallets, and prepare orders for shipment using pallet jacks and forklifts. The role supports a fast-paced distribution operation with safety and quality at its core.

Training starts at $18.03/hr with an average of $23/hr after training. Candidates must pass a background check and be able to work night shifts Sunday through Thursday until completion.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler/freezer/dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and background check.
• Ability to obtain EPJ certification within training period.

Responsibilities

• Selects cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack storage.
• Moves pallets to the shipping dock staging area using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Operates pallet jack and forklift safely, wraps and labels pallets for shipment.
• Keeps work area safe and reports unsafe conditions immediately.
