Job summary

Lowe's Greensboro is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to help keep the store clean, safe, and ready for customers by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise. You’ll unload deliveries and handle equipment safely.

This role is physical and fast-paced with lifting and detail orientation required. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight based on store needs, with a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Forklift/power equipment experience preferred (3 months).
• Experience in a warehouse with inventory handling and stocking recommended (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Support store operations by verifying deliveries, completing dock prep, and using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and other handheld devices, as needed.
