Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Quality Team Lead in Whitestown, Indiana. You will guide a dedicated team to optimize accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement across our warehouse operations.

In this role you will manage daily tasks, coach team members on KPI performance, and ensure timely, quality fulfillment while maintaining a culture of respect and teamwork. Shift is Wednesday–Saturday 4:30pm–2:30am, with a $1.50 per hour night differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year as a team lead preferred.
• RF scanner experience required or advanced.
• Valid forklift operator's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement for warehouse operations.
• Oversee loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and cycle counts.
• Assign daily work to team members to optimize shift performance.
• Coach team members to improve KPIs and safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
