Job summary

Florida’s Natural Growers, a farmer-owned Florida-based juice producer, invites you to join our Night shift as a Warehouseperson. You will help manage inventory, move materials with forklifts, and uphold a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, picking, packing, staging shipments, and updating stock in our warehouse management system. We seek detail-oriented, safety-minded teammates who collaborate well and support daily operations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification and/or experience required.
• Must pass Basic Skills Assessment.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with WMS or similar inventory systems.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, high-reach) to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on forklifts.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment per order specs.
• Organize inventory and use WMS to track stock levels.
• Assist in receiving shipments, verify contents, and prepare items for storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement records and report discrepancies.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and hazard-free per regulations.
• Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely workflow and safety compliance.
• Follow safety protocols and proper lifting techniques; participate in stock counts.
• Perform other duties including seasonal projects and production area support.
