Job summary

Kemps in Minneapolis seeks a fast-paced warehouse operator to receive, store, and distribute products to support daily orders. This role runs on the night shift from 5:00pm to 3:30am, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.

You will pull and stack products, ensure accurate counts, maintain organization, and complete logs in line with DFA GMP standards. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Legibly write entries for record keeping.
• Able to use company computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stack product based on daily orders.
• Meet specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
• Support preventative maintenance plans.
• Monitor product quality and report issues to mitigate safety concerns.
• Complete production and quality logs.
• Furnish accurate counts on load tags.
• Ensure paperwork is clear, legible, and complete with required information.
• Document information in accordance with SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management immediately.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Follow DFA GMP and related corporate standards.
