Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Parts Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations and occasionally deliver parts. Responsibilities include picking, packing, verifying part numbers, loading/unloading, inventory counting, and completing deliveries as needed.

A valid driver’s license, current insurance, and steel-toed shoes are required. Standard shifts run 1st–3rd with occasional Saturday work; pay is $20/hour plus $1 for delivery

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately read part numbers, labels, pick tickets, and shipping documentation.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and ability to maintain a consistent work pace.
• Basic computer or warehouse inventory system experience preferred.
• Material-handling equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets and/or the warehouse inventory system.
• Verify part numbers and quantities while picking orders.
• Pack, label, and prepare fasteners and related components for shipment.
• Receive incoming products and verify quantities against packing slips and receiving documentation.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Put away incoming materials in assigned warehouse locations.
• Stage completed orders for shipment or delivery.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, lot numbers, labels, and product identification.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and warehouse records.
