Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a General Warehouse Order Selector for the night shift in Marana, AZ. The role starts at 7pm and runs until finish, joining a team that receives, stores, and distributes materials, tools, and products across the facility.

Responsibilities include reading schedules, moving items, sorting by code, stocking perishable goods, assembling orders for packing and shipping, and maintaining inventory records. Requires willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; use money, weight, volume, and distance units.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reads schedules and orders to determine items to move, gather, or distribute.
• Conveys materials to storage or other areas; places items on racks or bins.
• Sorts and stores by size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fills requisitions and distributes items to production workers or packing/shipping.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and sends to packing or shipping.
• Marks materials with identifying information and prepares parcels for mailing.
• Maintains inventory records and uses computer to enter records.
• Regular and reliable attendance; other duties as assigned.
