Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding work including heavy lifting and long periods of standing.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (freezer to warm areas).
• Experience with handling palletized product and basic labeling tasks.
• Able to read and follow pick sheets and labels accurately.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manually transfer, pick, and palletize product with labels.
• Secure and palletize products according to procedures.
• Read alpha and numeric codes from pick sheets.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all safety rules.
• Work in multi-temperature zones and adapt to temperature changes.
• Meet selection accuracy standards and perform duties as assigned.
