Performance Foodservice in Batesville, MS is hiring a warehouse associate. You will select cases and other containers from multi-level rack storage, load pallets, and prepare shipments for loading at the dock using an electric pallet jack or forklift.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, teamwork, and reliability, with a night shift schedule Sunday through Thursday and a $22/hour average ($17.50/hour base pay plus incentive pay). Training and benefits are provided.

• Experience in high-volume, production-focused environments.
• Strong attention to detail to spot variances and lot codes.
• Solid teamwork, reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Review schedule, obtain supplies, and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per guidelines.
• Locate products on multi-level racks and place on pallets for shipment.
• Transport palletized orders to shipping dock and wrap as needed.
• Complete paperwork and end-of-shift equipment checks.
