Nor-Am Cold Storage is seeking a warehouse professional with a strong commitment to safety. You will handle receiving, storing, and shipping activities, use pallet jacks, RF scanners, and a Warehouse Management System to maintain accurate inventory and proper labeling of allergens.

The role emphasizes adherence to GMPs, allergen control, and SOPs, with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifikationen

• Documented training in GMPs, Allergen Control, and SOPs within area of responsibility.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System and RF scanning equipment.
• 2–5 years of warehouse experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain safety and follow all safety rules for equipment and warehouse operations.
• Participate in LEAN management to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure accuracy of loads received and shipped, complete inspection paperwork timely.
• Move goods through receiving, shipping and inventory using pallet jack, hand truck or forklift.
• Perform quality control to ensure products meet specifications and allergens are labeled.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately and legibly; communicate effectively with staff.
• Understand FIFO/LIFO lot numbers and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Operate RF scanning equipment and use Warehouse Management System; report issues when needed.
• Support additional tasks and special projects as assigned by supervisor.
