Job summary

Norfolk Iron in Garland, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the third shift (10:00pm–6:00am). You will operate machinery, fulfill customer orders, and keep accurate records in our ERP system.

This role involves forklift driving, overhead crane use, packaging orders, and adherence to safety protocols. We offer a strong benefits package including PTO, health coverage, a 401k with company match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• Willingness to pass drug test and background check.
• Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Running a Machine and completing customer orders.
• Building and packaging orders based on customer needs.
• Driving forklift and using overhead cranes.
• Using electronic ERP system to complete paperwork and verify order information.
• Actively participating in training events such as LEAN, compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process events.
• Wearing appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Ensuring that all required paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
