Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, is hiring for a warehouse role in West Branch, IA. Walk-in interviews Monday-Thursday 4:00 pm–6:00 pm at the West Branch facility. The schedule is Monday–Thursday 4:00 pm–2:30 am or until work completes, with overtime possible.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading tires, using forklifts and scanners, and ensuring safety. Benefits start at $21.00/hour, with weekly pay, healthcare, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to push up to 40 pounds when handling tires.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Pass forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Use scanners to locate and move tires and assist inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently; up to 80 pounds; team lifts for heavier tires.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment safely.
• Be on the move on your feet; overtime as needed.
• Contribute to safety policies and procedures.
• May assist other departments per business needs.
