McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Checker/Loader IV to join our distribution team. This role loads and secures products, uses hand tools or powered equipment, and ensures quality control before loading.

The position offers a Monday–Friday early shift starting at 2:00 a.m., a pay rate of $24.75 per hour, and comprehensive benefits after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance, plus vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• This position requires reading, writing and understanding English for safety and task instructions.

Responsabilités

• Load and secure products in trailers safely.
• Perform duties by hand or using powered equipment.
• Maintain quality control for non-conveyable products prior to loading.
• Report product integrity concerns to a supervisor.
• Communicate special circumstances to the driver via the Shipping Loading Report.
• Keep a clean, debris-free work area and work safely.
