Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Warehouse Loader Operator for night shift (8:00pm-6:00am, Mon-Thu). The role involves safe forklift operation, loading/unloading, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment while adhering to safety policies.

Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential on this site. Basis pay is $23.05 per hour with bonus potential and shift differentials; manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred (not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently while filling and checking orders.
• Follow all safety policies and site procedures during loading activities.
• Work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and teams.
• Ensure accurate inventory transfer and proper staging for shipment.
