Job summary

Wesco is hiring a Lead Associate in Operations at our Cranbury distribution facility. You will assist the Supervisor by directing the work of other associates and handling receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting on nightly shifts. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of warehouse operations experience is required.
• 1-2 years in a senior warehouse role or similar.
• Forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of other associates as needed.
• Monitor workflow and coordinate reporting to management.
• Perform daily safety walks and communicate findings to Supervisors.
• Receive, pick, pack, ship, and wire cut shipments.
• Review complex shipments prior to shipping for quality.
