Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Vendor Compliance Auditor in Chesterfield, NH to monitor compliance, capture violations with photos, and log findings. The role will work in multi-temp environments and use various software for data entry and reporting.

This position runs on Monday–Friday, 10:00 pm–6:00 am with a pay rate of $18/hr. Strong communication, detail orientation, and self-motivation are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and accurate reporting.
• Good communications skills are required.
• Detail oriented with keen observational skills.
• Process-driven with ability to follow procedures.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Independent decision-making when needed to accomplish tasks.
• Keeps partner, site manager and team leadership informed of conditions on the dock.

Responsibilities

• Take pictures of compliance violations and document findings.
• Work across multiple temp environments.
• Use multiple software applications for data entry and reporting.
• Log and report findings to the manager.
• Generate reports from software for review and process improvement.
