Shift options: Full-Time Sunday-Wednesday 6:00 PM-4:30 AM or Wednesday-Saturday 6:00 PM-4:30 AM, pay $16/hour. ABM values veterans and encourages candidates with military experience to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Follow schedules and report barriers; move furniture and equipment to access areas.
• Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors and partitions with appropriate solutions.
• Dispose of trash/recyclables and maintain cleanliness throughout.
• Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Notify management of repairs or additions to building systems.
