Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking Warehouse Associates in Hagerstown, MD for the third shift (Thu-Sat 7:00 pm–7:00 am, with every other Wed 7:00 pm–7:00 am).

Expect weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) plan. You will operate a RF scanner in clean, well-run facilities to support a safe supply chain environment and learn to operate powered industrial trucks, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up/sit-down), including maintenance.
• Ability to read and do basic math for safety and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and assemble orders.
• Load/unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure proper scanning.
• Perform picking, packing, and housekeeping duties.
• Maintain facility security at end of shift and address scanning issues.
