Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift and shipping is a plus.
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and related equipment to load/unload trucks.
• Review shipments and report shortages or damages.
• Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with labels.
• Read work orders or instructions to determine tasks and material needs.
• Record units moved using daily production sheets or scanners.
• Sort cargo before loading and unloading.
• Keep warehouse area neat and organized and comply with safety rules.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
