Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to join our Orlando, FL team. The role involves receiving material, verifying counts against packing lists, and assembling orders for shipment. You will operate material handling equipment and ensure safe, accurate handling of goods.

You will help pack orders, load vehicles, and complete receiving reports. This 4pm–12:30am position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a busy distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with co-workers to satisfy customer requirements.
• Ability to resolve basic issues and problems.
• Beginning knowledge in a functional area.
• Basic math calculations to complete tasks.
• Organize and prioritize tasks and requirements.
• Meet deadlines and safety standards.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work Hours: 4pm - 12:30am.
• Receive material from vendors, customers, or other distribution centers.
• Verify quantity and description against packing list.
• Prepare a receiving report if none is available.
• Assemble and fill orders for shipment.
• Load common carrier and company vehicles.
• Pack each order into a container and arrange on shelf per route.
• Gather assembled orders and verify quantities against invoices.
• General maintenance of the distribution center and cleanliness.
