Job summary

RelaDyne is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Associate in Houston to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and warehouse organization. You will help ensure accurate orders and safe operations while maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

The role requires forklift experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong safety awareness and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience.
• Prior forklift experience required.
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to perform job duties safely.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to exert 50–100 lbs of force occasionally; 25–50 lbs frequently; 10–20 lbs constantly.
• Ability to frequently bend, sit, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and reach above shoulder level.

Responsibilities

• Execute loading and unloading operations in accordance with established procedures.
• Inspect and verify products prior to storage or transfer within the warehouse.
• Deliver, stock, fulfill orders, and perform inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain and service company equipment as required.
• Safely operate forklifts to handle products and warehouse materials.
• Operate pumps, motors, and other mechanical or electrical equipment as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
